How long before bed should I take REM Restore?
 30 minutes or any time during your nightly routine this supplement can be taken. For desired taste, add 1 scoop to 8-12oz of water

30 minutes is a rough estimate. There are variables that come into play like caffeine consumption and how recently you had a meal that you should consider. For best results, limit caffeine 6-8 hours before bed, and meals 2-3 hours before bed.
